I wish I could buy this home! It was absolutely perfect for us in every way. The communication from Sam was spot on-the house was exactly like the photos and impeccably clean! It is such a charming house that made me feel like I was coming home every time I walked through the door. The location was great- middle of a college town with such a fun vibe. Right by the stadium with tons of walking and running trails. The house was beautifully decorated and very inviting with warm throws to cuddle up with on the nice couch! Great location- quaint little neighborhood- we love sitting outside in the back drinking coffee and getting some sun rays. Cannot wait to come here in the winter and build a fire in their fire pit outside and make smores. I will be back in Ames quite a few times and will stay at this home every single time. I also loved the long kitchen table with the bench on one side and the many windows to let in the daylight!! 5 stars all the way!

Great location and wonderful house! Campus is an easy walk. Convenient to Hilton, Jack Trice and Reiman Gardens. Also an easy drive to anywhere else in the Ames. Perfect for our family of 5 traveling with our dog. Only issue encountered was resolved quickly and with great communication from the hosts
