Sam was helpful from the start, provided market updates, assisted in helping us update aspects of the house to help it sell, provided similar listing to ours to try and help us gauge a reasonable listing price. On the weekend of our open house he was very responsive and kept us to date on offers/potential offers. Post sale and pre closing he made sure we had all the info we needed to get ready for closing and coordinate everything.
