As a real estate investor based in Central Iowa, I bring a unique perspective to the industry. With a deep understanding of the local market and roots in the community—having grown up on a family farm—I combine local insight with hands-on investment experience.

Growing up on a farm instilled in me a strong work ethic, a love for the land, and a commitment to helping others achieve their real estate goals. It taught me the value of perseverance, hard work, and building lasting relationships.

In addition to managing a growing real estate portfolio, I specialize in identifying and developing opportunities in rentals, Airbnbs, fix-and-flips, and multifamily properties. This firsthand experience gives me a practical, investor-focused lens to real estate—one grounded in results and long-term vision.
